For the last week, 1st thing in the morning my car would have problems starting so I brought it to the Chevron by my work who said they can't figure it out right now it would need to stay over night for a diagnostic test it sounds like it could be the fuel pump or fuel lines need cleaning and I should bring it to a regular mechanic (it would be cheaper than Chevron) so I brought it to

with a coupon for fuel injector cleaning for $39.95 and explained the problem with it starting in the morning....she said they needed it over night to run a diagnostic test and I said if it just need the fuel lines cleaned will that be just $39.95 "Nam" said yes...
Day 2
I call at 10:00 "Nam" says they will call me between 11 & 12, by 1:00 I called them and "Nam" says there is no problem with your car it started right up....so they did NOT do a diagnostic test and to come pick up my car I said "so there is no charge" and she said "yes $45.00" I said for what she said they dried my sensor with a blow dryer cuz it was wet.....that was not true (I spilled coolant while pouring it in the radiator and you could
see where I spelled it.....that had nothing to do with what we agreed on)so I said ok well then do the fuel injector cleaning for $39.95 she said it would be $39.95 + $45.00....soooooo bottom line is they didn't do anything to my car and would not give it to me unless I paid them $45.00.
I still have the problem every morning starting my car and no money to correct the matter now...
PLEASE HELP
In signing the receipt they told me that they would either do a diagnostic test for $45.00 or fuel line cleaning for $39.95 which I got neither...
