Tony Booked his cars just before the big snow storm last year that hit PA. After 7 days he decided that he did not want his truck moved. The contract he signed stating that he had read and agreed to informed him we have 21 working days to move the car. If you cancel within that time period we keep the deposit. This was given to him in writing before he sent any monies to us. Because of the weather on the East Coast at that time we had delays. I HAVE REFUNDED TONY HIS MONEY, even though according to the signed contract I did not have to. He has since put my 800 number on meesage boards for sex emoployment and other such things. On telephone boothes for free food and clothes, bathroom walls in book stores for free books and it goes on and on. People must understand that when shipping a car there are may variables and we cannot control some although we can control others. I try to be very honest with all my customers and explain things to them. When the east coast get a foot of snow dumped on it...it does slow things down. We do not rip off innocent customers...you can call the same companies that said things about me and mention any company but their own and they will say bad things. Instead they should tell the truth.
