I contacted customer service as per instructed, but all I received was an explanation of the invoices in question and a reminder that we have a contract. The representative failed to acknowledge that I have a problem and that the internet advertising was canceled back in December 2010. I informed them that I will not pay for any internet advertising since the contract was canceled. I even emailed them the email I received from my ad representative with no results.
I requested that my case be forwarded on to a manager. The representative claimed they forwarded the request, but I have not heard from the manager yet.
