On Dec 6th i purchased a ring with bradford exchange an i was guarenteed delivery before christmas day!!! not only did it not arrive the day they said but it still has not arrived yet!!! when i call all i get is the run around an no one can help me... i have emailed them 6 times and no help at all!!! i will not pay for this ring for all the trouble i have went through an i see most are goin through the same thing i am..i hope by the time we all get done with this company they will have a class action law suit on them!!! this is so wrong and i am sick of companies making millions and getting away with it!!!!
