The Camera Wiz - Digital Nerds canon EOS Rebel Xti 400D camera Kit rip off Brooklyn New York
I found a deal (so I thought) on a Canon XTi 400D camera Kit for 475.00 from the website digital nerds.I ordered this camera and was notified by Email that I had to confirm my order by telephone.Thats when the hard sell started.The Camera Wiz rep (AKA digital nerds) out of Brooklyn NY after all was said and done had $994.97 of my hard earned money.They sold me extra items (aftermarket battery and Charger very over priced $150.00+) saying battery and charger are not included with camera but apon recieving the kit the canon battery and charger were included. It reads on box canon battery and charger included with camera kit and the Canon battery and charger were included.When I called them after receiving my camera and complained about the aftermarket battery rip off I was told I would have to return the entire kit if I want to return the extra battery and charger.What a crock of BS..The reciept I recieved had no product cost Itemized but just a grand total.
