The people at Cruise Web, inc. Molly Glass, told us we needed to put a $200.00 deposit to hold a cruise in 2017 for 19 days on Princess Cruises from Singapore.  We used our HH AMEX to hold that cruise.

6 Months prior to the Cruise, we called Molly Glass we had other obligations (health issues) and that we needed to cancel our Cruise on Princess.  She then said she would credit back the $200.00 to our HH AMEX card. (that part was refunded)  Then Molly Glass @ The Cruise Web, Inc. told us she would be charging us 15% of what the Cruise would cost, because that was their policy.

Molly Glass from The Cruise Web, Inc. then said you initialed & signed documents, & that she would be forwarding the documents to us.  The documents were signed & initialled by someone or Molly Glass at The Cruise Web, Inc.  We received these documents that were clearly forgery & fraudulent signatures of my Husband's initials, for the first time.  Not one time before did Molly Glass or The Cruise Web, Inc. disclose or send any documents stating their policy,  This was a first, & then she saved or The Cruise Web, Inc. on their computers all are private & confidential informatin, 4 digit CVV code, along with our billing address & ran the card through their systems for 15% of what the 19 day Cruise out of Singapore cost.  This was $954.00 charged within 5 minutes to our HH AMEX card.

We fought with HH Amex & The Cruise Web, Inc. for around 4-6 months, showing documentation of my husband's SS# signature, Passport signature, Driver License Signature & DEA License Signature.  They looked nothing like the signed documents Molly Glass or The Cruise Web, inc. sent to us.

Obviously, HH AMEX let the charge go through, even though we called the number on the back of the Card to stop this & spoke to a Girl named Apple.  We though sure AMEX would be on our side.  Anyway they said an electronic signature would be different than what was  on our documents.  So Molly & Cruise Web, Inc. got their $$$$$$.  That's all they cared about.

They use fraud & deception to run on.  This is clearly in Violation & CC fraud.

I think that either Molly Glass or The Founder & President of The Cruise Web, Inc. Mr. Frans Hansen should be prosecuted for fraud & forging signatures.

I'm telling my story on FB now because I want to be the Voice that so many people don't have.  This is a policy of the Founder & on the glassdoor . com is where I learned that these Cruise Agent's etc. get their information from.  So many other people have fallen into this trap & Internet Fraud is at an all time HIGH.

They need more than a slap on the wrist, they need jail time.  All of them.

If there is anything further you need, please let me know.  Regards, MM, M.D.

Rachel, why now are just saying, "how good"  The Cruise Web, Inc. website & people are?  Why, now, if you've booked several Cruises through them are you just coming forward to say you had a Great Experience.  Because, I list on several websites either Great or Bad services of trips & vacations that my Husband & I have taken.

Please tell me? Because, this doesn't make sense, if you only list the Good instead of the Bad?

Rachel, there is just something very fishy about you & your comments & knowing are their rules and regulations.  I think you or you have friends that work at The Cruise Web, Inc.

Rachel, you probably work for the COMPANY.  WE NEVER SAW ANY OF THIS.  According to the www.glassdoor.com Employees state "it takes them over 7 days to create an "invoice" so why was our's signed the same day.  You think I'm an Idiot...The emplyess on the www.glassdoor.com clearly say they have to enter the data 6 times before an "invoice"  is created and is sent out to Clients.

Your Fake and only filed this report, because you or someone you know works for The Cruise Web, Inc., please if you have all this information.  Put it up on this site and prove me wrong.

Rachel, you are not telling the whole truth. The Cruise Web, Inc. has been reported on other websites as well.  If you had a great experience then good for you.  However, we did not.

I have booked several cruises with The Cruise Web and have never had issues. They have you sign an electronic credit card receipt prior to charging your card, so of course it won't match your real signature. The receipt is sent to your email to sign and is stamped electronically with your computer's IP address, so there is no way they can sign the form for you. The cancellation penalty you were charged can be recovered with travel insurance, or you can use it as a credit to book a new cruise. If a company as upstanding as AMEX reviewed your charge-back and denied it you really don't have a case. In the future you should more carefully read documents before accepting the terms and agreements.
