I placed an online order with The Deal Empire. I received a confirmation email re: my online order which said that I will receive an email once the items had shipped which would include a tracking number . I placed the order on Oct 26, 2016 and I have yet to receive an email. In the mean time I started seeing fraudulent activity on my online banking statement which totalled $150 in Fla, California, and Quebec. Thank God I caught it before it had accumulated any further. I have emailed the company and have called numerous times with absolutely no response and no answer. The website states that they have 24/7 customer service but I have called at different times throughout the day and nobody ever answers the phones or responds to my inquiries.

I am in the same situtation. I went on facebook and found a messenger to speak to a rep. They gave me my tracking numbers, but it seems there warehouse is in china. Spread the word to all complaints to go to the deal empire webpage on facebook. There is a facebook messender and find your items or possibly get your money returned. Also this tracking system they have is called 17 track all in one package. Hope this helps.
