DIGITAL NERDS, Should Be Digital Psychos High pressure sales call bordering on harrasment results in arbitrary cancellation of order Nationwide "Internet"
Order a camera at their web page. Received a rather crazy phone call the following business day pushing for me to buy accesories that would go with the camera. I refused every long sales pitch. He proceded to argue with me when I corrected the zip code for my delivery, blaming me for giving him wrong information. As a result of my refusal on the sales pitch, my order was cancelled. I called to find out why. He claimed the item was out of stock and therefore he cancelled the order. Before I could ask when would it be in stock, he told me order was cancelled and that was that (literally).
I ask for his name, he gave me a hispanic name that was obviosly made up and pronounced terribly. I asked for his supervisor. He told me I was to speak to no one else. "And do you know why?, do you know why?", he yelled ignoring my attemps to get a word in. "Because I am the owner". He threaten to impose a cancellation fee on me if I did not hang up and never call again. I tried to get him to come down trying to avoid further headaches with someone who is obviously not exactly together. It quickly became obvious that the only thing I could do was hang up. I just hope he does not live in my state, or somewhere near by. He has no address listed in his web page.
