I am a new store in a small town and I was looking for a toy wholesaler. I called ANGIE with TDW and asked her about her toy lots. She told me that they are so good and that they come from the same place toys r us stuff comes from and these lots will be a good value. I spent 3840 on the lot and got about 3400 in rtail for the toys. a lot of hotwheels and dollar stuff. Nothing I could get a return on. I will add my emails I got back from them.......

The toys are overstock from the manufacturer. They are not customer returns.

I am very sorry for not responding earlier. I have spoken to my supervisor and told him what happened. He has told me to give you a credit for $700 for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Since we have no control over what is being shipped. We can also sell you another toy lot for $1,800 plus shipping. We would try to make this load better. Please let me know what I can help you with.

Ok so I called Angie at the TDW and she put me on hold and never called me back. I was told that she will try to help me but that's all lies. This place will rip you off and say God Bless you in the same time. I wonder how they can sleep at night knowing that one day they will get what's coming to them. To Bad that the sate of FL would let people like this keep going. SO DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND DO IT WITH A SMILE.
