 I placed an order 3/10 online.  The process and shipping states:

Processing:

Processing (Clearing a payment from your bank/card company) usually takes 3 BUSINESS DAYS to clear. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE PROCESSING unless discussed otherwise and approved via email.

Shipping:

Shipping takes 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS after processing clears. Shipping & Handling is serviced through United States Postal Service (USPS) on ALL orders. Package Tracking is also available.

I waited until my payment cleared my bank which was on 3/12 to email the merchant since I had not received any updates or tracking numbers regarding the purchase.

Tamea Calvin finally responded 3/13 stating the process and shipping procedures. I emailed her on 3/15 restating my payment has cleared and if there was any updates on my order and if not I would like a refund. NO RESPONSE, NO REPSONSE, NO RESPONSE.

I really liked the dress and was excited about my purchase, but the customer service was horrible and there's not a phone number listed to contact the merchant. I can't believe someone would risk losing a business or being prosecuted over such a small amount.

BOTTOM LINE IS I NEVER RECIEVED A RESPONSE OR MY ORDER.

 

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE GURU BANDIT OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PATIENTS, MONEY AND STILL HAVE NO DRESS!!!

 I finally received my order which had a minor defeat near the seam.. The company updated their processing and shipping so there wouldn't be any confusion regarding orders and not seem unprofessional when they are not able to respond to emails and there's not a phone number listed. Most people including myself are leary about shopping online due to all the scammers. I would advised the ladies just to follow up with the customers and triple check the product to make sure there are no unstitched seams. Customer service will take you along way and word of mouth.
