I just wanted to let any who is thinking about ordering from The DVD Planet
that they are a scam.
I placed an order 3 weeks prior to christmas and recieved e-mail confirmation
with a tracking number. The package was delivered to someone in Florida and the support email was very prompt stating that it was their fault.
I recieved an e-mail asking if I wanted a refund or for the product to be reshipped. I requested them to reship.
Three days ago the site posted a message stating that their supplier had closed their doors and I would rec a credit. Still waiting and now no response
