I've never known anyone to ever have a trouble getting an EVG refund within the refund period, which is a standard 30 days.
Did you wait until after 30 days to request your refund? I suspect this is the case, else they would have refunded you.
If it was within 30 days, email support again and let them know you requested a refund within the allotted refund period and I'm 100% positive they'll remedy it for you. If not, post here again and I'll reach out to someone personally because that's extremely uncharacteristic of them and I'm having trouble believing it.
If it was after 30 days that you requested a refund (I suspect it was possibly long after 30 days, or perhaps there are details you have left out here), please do not try to damage someone's reputation because you're unhappy you didn't get your way. If you really needed a refund, it should have been requested within the 30 days. That's how guarantees work. You have to do your part by requesting a refund within the time period stated in the terms of service you agreed to at the time of purchase.
Again, I don't know when you requested a refund, as you left that out of your complaint. If you requested one within 30 days, please respond here with the approximate or exact date you requested a refund and the first part of your EVG username if possible (NOT your password) so I can have someone help you. Do not include your entire email if that's your username. Just the first part, along with the date you placed your last order or when you requested a refund so they can probably look it up for you. Or, just email them again yourself. If you were within 30 days, they MUST and WILL refund you.
Finally, I've been an EVG member for about a year-and-a-half and I find the information to be unparalleled and I have no clue what you're talking about in terms of "high fees." Feel free to elaborate and provide lower-cost alternatives here if you wish.
Thanks.
