The Engine Center Laura Sold me a Chevrolet engine and passed it off as a Buick engine in 2012. In addition, engine failed while tuning it to drive, less than 30 minutes. Crown Point Indiana
The company rebuilt the engine and did not assemble it correctly. The rear main seal was plastic goop and failed immediatly. In taking the engine down, found the rods were not installed correctly and showed excessive play wear, and the toruqes were not right causing bearing wear. They would not return my calls or answer any emails. Bet Dean and Laura have moved on to other company names, so be aware if you do business with an engine rebuilder located in Gary IN.
