The Gbox Shop - Jason and Tara Henfling scamming thieves, faulty equipment not replaced, emails not lived up to, lies to paypal, never answered BBB complaint, zero customer support, Kennett Missouri
I order an electronic devise called the gbox from "TheGBoxShop" Oct 2013, for a November BDay present. It was delivered weeks later and was not as describe. After a few months of shoddy technical support I was told on MARCH 21, 2014 via email to send the gbox back for replacement. It was sent through the US postal service on March 27, 2014 tracking number **** **** **** **** 9870.
On April 17, 2014 I sent an email asking for confirmation of delivery. Tara Henfling responded they were in receipt, would be sending out another box and would email tracking number. That never happened
May 22, 2014 I sent an email asking for a time frame on when I could expect the replacement. The husband wife team explained of a death in the family, they apologized and assured me a tracking number would be provided in the next few days. That never happened.
Over another months of emails I then asked for a refund on June 27, 2014, I was told that day, the gbox was sent out and they had a delivery confirmation. I asked of the tracking number and they would NOT provide it.
Communications shortly there after stopped.
I then called pay pal to seek a refund. Pay Pal explained they can only cover 60 days period. The gbox company still not answering emails and has cut off communication through social media they had requested me on. I believe they know the 60 day rule of recovering funds. They are scammers and I will provide as may reviews to prevent others from falling victim. A lousy 179.00 for a mud slinging?! IMO not worth it!!!
These scammers are very religious people in their Kennett community and should be ashamed. I am sure I am not the special choosen one!
