The Green Room in Dallas is a HUGE rip-off, owner, Brandt Woods, doesn't care about customers
I was in Green Room in Dallas Texas (owned by Brandt Woods) not too long ago and got violently ill the next day with food poisoning. When I contacted the manager the next day, she said not to worry, but that my credit card would be credited and she issued me an apology. THREE months later my credit card bill arrives and guess what, it shows the billed amount $100+ as how much I owe.
I immediately drove down to the Green Room and spoke to another manager. When I told him my story, he said that the girl whom I spoke to was not a manager, but simply waitstaff and that she should have never issued such an apology and resolution. He said to leave my number and I would be contacted by Brandt Woods. I wasn't. So I called him and he never returned my phonecalls.
Finally, I drafted up a letter that I would fax to the food editor of the "Dallas Morning News," relating everything that happened to me. I faxed it to Brandt and immediately got a call from him, blasting me as to why I had such a vendetta.
He promised to refund my money but never apologized. The only thing he requested was that I not fax the letter to the paper. I didn't but it made me wonder what was more important, me as a customer or his reputation with the paper.
Avoid eating at The Green Room at all costs!

I have had several wonderful dinners at the Green Room. I have referred many people there with great results. This report is a management type problem that doesn't need to be on the website for 7 months!!!!
