Worst rental company ever!! My wife rented a car for 1 day and returned back before they opened and dropped the key in their key dropbox.... 3 days later I see they are charging me $100 per day on my credit card. I called them up to see what is going on and they said they never got the key and that the car was not there.... thank god I have copies of the flight tickets my wife took and also was able to obtain a copy of their video showing my wife dropping the key and rental agreement in their box!!! Despite the fact. They still are not closing out the rental and they said they will keep charging me. I cancelled my credit card so good luck with the Thrifty or should i say Thefty!! To top it all off, the manager named Megan insinuated that my wife might have made a copy of the key and pass it to someone!!! Really? Go f yourself Megan, I will see you in court!! Poor customer service and their own employees steal cars and then charge the consumer! Never again with Thrifty aka Thefty or Hertz since they are partnered together... crooks!
