The Huntington Apartment I'm a tenant at the Huntington Apartment and this place is HORRIBLE and they won't let me off the lease. Huntington Beach, California

All of the these comments should give you a hint. if they re trying to make you sign a lease you should run. first, the current manager is the worst manager any property could have, he actually miss with tenants for no reason, he's a younger kid who plays a power-trip with tenants and guest. I walked by his office one day and he was laughing with the girls at the office saying right after a gentelmen walked out of his office " do you believe that idiot wants to live here with full sarcasm" i was very suprised to hear that. second, there is no parking spots anywhere and when u sign the lease they promise you an extra parking spot for a fee if it would ever come up, but it never does. third, the pool is very loud and the complex is full off kids that screeming all day long especially on your days off work. I truly don't recommand this place to my worst enemies. also they don't let out of the lease in the fine print they would want 3000 or more to cancel your lease. ITS REDICULOUS. the place its nice, THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS VERY HORRIBLE. we paid our rent on time for more than two years and we ery good tenants there, however we can't wait to leave. with the new manager on site the place turned into a ZOO. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE QUALITY OF MANAGEMENT CURRENTLY THIS PLACE HAVE AND WE CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE.
