I like many people received a fax with what looked like a great offer for vacation packages and i called the number

on the flier and spoke to Sebastian and he was so great at selling it to me and the buy 2 get 2 free and all i hhave

to do is pay on the phone and then i was only responsible for the taxes and fees and all was great until i actually started the

booking process. what a nightmare and the fees and taxes and more fees and then the actual quote with 336.95 dollars more per person. I naturally flipped out and told them to refund my money and thats when they started hanging up on me or transferring me and then hanging up and i left at least 10 messages for customer service and no calls back. I wrote a letter and they said they didnt receive and so i faxed it and they actually verified the receipt and I was asked to change the wording on it and so i did, they still did not like it, they asked for another revision tio take out the part that I will not report them, i said i will not IF i get my money, they wanted me to take that part off, of course I didnt, instead i nootified my attorney general and called a lawyer and now they are handeling it. this cfompany and its employees need to be taught a lesson and I hope and pray that i am the one to do it
