The LipoBan Clinic ripoffs and liars selling product that doesn't work Boca Raton Florida
Back in September 2004, I purchased two bottles of LipoBan for the price of $89.90. I realized that it was nothing but junk that didn't work after using it for 2 1/2 weeks and so I returned the remainder of the product (about 1 1/2 bottles)to the clinic along with a copy of my cancelled check (apparently they require that also). According to their advertisement, they would refund me my purchase price, no questions asked.
After a couple of letters between us, I did receive a refund check for the $89.90 that I had paid them. However, a week after depositing it to my account, it was returned to me unpaid. And on top of that, I had to pay my bank a $10.00 fee!
I am not surprised. The LipoBan Clinic is nothing more than a sleazy company that misrepresents its product and themselves, advertises falsely, and is in the business of ripping people off.
