Desperate location, roaches under the tables, bad atmosphere, never again.
The people managing the place know NOTHING about coffee, obviously. I talked to the young girl 'manager' the first time I came in and she openly admitted that she knew nothing about the craft. If
you're going to open and run a "coffee shop" then you should know a LITTLE bit
about the industry. No comment on that...
I was hoping the barista knew a bit more, so I ordered a mocha and it was alright. Wayyyy overpriced,
though.
It's sad because this place has potential if they had the right
people in there - people who are able to converse about coffee, give me a little
information about what they're brewing and how they're brewing it, etc. The only
information I got is that they brew Coda Coffee, but, man, they're giving that
roaster a bad name.....
The owner EJ Thompson is apparently also a general contractor and a know crook. Stay away from this place.
