This is in response to M's rant. For someone to make such radical personal comments in there article, I find it cowardly to attack people and include people's names and use their emails and then be too afraid to use your name at the end of you article. The reason you are not getting a response to your letters it's because you sound mentally unstable or at best a completely unreasonable person. Ok, it costs money to go to the movies. Well it's entertainment. If you don't want to pay then go home and watch TV. As far as the movies cleanliness, I have gone to this theatre perhaps 20 times with family and friends and can't remember it being dirty. If people are pushing your seats have the balls to tell them to stop. If someone sits in front of you that is taller than you how is that the theaters fault, move. I think it would be best for you and humanity if you would please stay home and let people that want to have a good time have a good time.

To the Fremont theater movie experience
I am making a change in my decision about the Fremont theater movie experience on my ripoff report I left about them and I want to say I apologize for making this report. While they are not perfect as businesses have problems as the Fremont theater movie experience did but nobody is perfect. I am not a fan of RR and wished I never used this site for making complaints on businesses. Since they do not allow authors to remove reports I am left leaving a sorry note to the Fremont theater movie experience. At the time I made this report and was in outrage over the increases of theater tickets and should of cooled down and researched where the money comes from in the theater business, it turns out the theaters are the ones that are severely struggling and aren't really making any money, its the movie production companies that are hurting them. I have turned the opposite and have been going to the movie's more than I have ever have and sincerely regret posting this report on them because I love the Fremont theater movie experience and the people that work there. I feel bad and I would to say I apologize to them for making this report, if I could remove it I would.
I am sorry I made this report, please accept my apologies as I had a change of heart and want to say I am sorry as much as I think they may feel the same way.

To the Fremont Theater themovieexperience
I am making a change in my decision about the Fremont Theater themovieexperience on my ripoff report I left about them and I want to say I apologize for making this report. While they are not perfect as businesses have problems as Morgan Jewelers did but nobody is perfect. I am not a fan of RR and wished I never used this site for making complaints on businesses. Since they do not allow authors to remove reports I am left leaving a sorry note to the Fremont Theater themovieexperience. At the time I was outraged by the movie ticket prices going up and when I think about it, it wasn't their fault, its the movie industry that is making their demands for the theaters to pay more money to rent the films. the Fremont Theater themovieexperience is a beautiful theater and I go so much that the price doesn't bother me anymore, sure price matters but I have been a huge fan that I cannot believe I wrote this original post about the the Fremont Theater themovieexperience. They are struggling and I am really sorry for making this post about them, I was in the wrong and I would remove this report if I could but rr doesn't allow removel of reports. So I want to say I am sorry to the Fremont theater movie experience.
As I had a change of heart and want to say I am sorry as much as I think they may feel the same way.

To The Movie Experience and to all the people who work there
I am making a change in my decision about Themovieexperience.com on my ripoff report I left about them and I want to say I apologize for making this report. While they are not perfect as businesses have problems as Themovieexperience.com did but nobody is perfect. I am not a fan of RR and wished I never used this site for making complaints on businesses. Since they do not allow authors to remove reports I am left leaving a sorry note to Themovieexperience.com. While ticket prices continue to go up and up the Themovieexperience.com has had tough business in surviving as the movie industry is not fair to the movie theaters. I was clearly in the wrong with this ripoff report and wish I never laid eyes on this website. I love the Fremont Theater and I wasn’t being understanding on their decisions how they have to handle the tough business and low profits they make. Today I go to the Fremont Theater as much as I can and yes even the downtown movie theater they own too. I am really sorry to the people at the Themovieexperience.com.
I am sorry I made this report, please accept my apologies as I had a change of heart and want to say I am sorry as much as I think they may feel the same way.

Hey they did it again Themovieexperience raised the price again and again folks. The Fremont Theater, the Mission Cinemas and Downtown Centre 7 Cinema in San Luis Obispo is now $11.50, that's right a $11.50 per ticket, not exceptions. That's what they charge.
Think they care, not a darn.
And they even raised the price for 3D tickets to $13.50 too, wow, even if you bring your own glasses they still charge the same rip-off price. Amazing they continue to raise the price and rip people off. It is sad as they have not done a darn thing to make it affordable either.
Economy remains in recession and themovieexperience.com raises the prices faster than bean stock.
It is a shame that the Fremont Theater has horrible owners and the same with the Downtown
Theater Mission Cinemas? Downtown Theatre in
The upgrade is never going to happen but continue to raise raise and raise their prices again and again.
Will remain a ripoff for

The San Luis Obispo downtown theater themovieexperience.com Fremont theater, Downtown Centre 7 Cinema is a ripoff. This place is a full ripoff (both the Fremont theater and the Downtown Centre 7 Cinema ), if you walk in the place after paying $9.50 after 2am matinee times, you'll understand this place is indeed 110% a ripoff. It is indeed outdated and never maintained properly. The seats are squeaky; lot of students put their feet on the chairs being totally disrespectful to the other viewers when the seats sit so low, you can see nothing but heads and big hats in front of you. The audio is also terribly outdated as well, you can hear the how old they are if they have an action movie playing. Really for $9.50 for a matinee ticket, they certainly are in the negative here. It is also true the place is run by misinformed college students and also the manager, another mismanaged college student, who doesn't even know how to run the place or make orders to respond to complaints to see customers are happy. They think just to raise the price, again and again and again where parking is terrible and you have to pay for parking to see a movie unless you want to walk several blocks away to get free parking. They also do not have ushers, forget about asking them to ask people to quit talking, they avoid complaints on every level. Food just like all of them, all high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup and trans fats foods for a ripoff. Everything they sell too, is all noisy wrap candies. If you can, rent a movie or go online go look on torrents and see the movie for free online. With how bad the economy is, this movie theater is not in anyway understanding for how people are surviving to entertain on a cheap budget. To me, they deserve an F letter grade.

I just searched online hoping to find more information on the Fremont Theatre of San Luis Obispo, CA, and the first thing to pop up on Google was this Rip-Off report, which I feel is ridiculous at best. The Fremont Theater in downtown SLO is a beautiful historic movie theater with a giant screen. The ticket prices are as stated in the previous report, but they are a deal considering the venue. The wonderful historic architecture is reason alone to see a movie in this theater. The Downtown Center Cinema is also priced accurately in the previous report, but the other allegations are not true. The prices stated are totally standard for movie screens on the Central Coast of California. In fact, I have been to many other similar California cities where movies cost between $9.50 and $11.00 for a night show. The author (Mark) of the previous report sounds both cheap and untraveled. While I have only been to a few movies in Mark's native Santa Maria (roughly forty minutes South of SLO) I don't recall their theaters showing a significant price difference. Reading the previous long-winded report, I couldn't but help to fashion a reply. Mark complains that the theater is unusually dirty - it isn't - and he also complains that the seats "wiggle and makes noises" (um, that's *make* noise Mark, not *makes*), which they don't, although some do recline, which is nice. However, the kicker for me when reading the previous report was Mark stating that he "was offered nothing from [the] manager and [felt] she was not doing her job." So, Mark was not offered a refund, and thus thinks he was mistreated? How sad. Or perhaps the offending 'seat kickers' (see original report) were not kicked out on their rears? I am offended by the initial report's gross sense of entitlement. It assumed that by studying at desk between breaks, the workers weren't doing what they were supposed to do. Well, I hate to break it to you Mark, but theater ticket booth workers are not required to clean toilets, which is (at least in a public venue) a specialized janitorial job. Also, assuming managers have control over corporate spending (IE: "I also mentioned the prices are expensive and there is nothing being done to improve the theater, she told me that she has no control of that issue.") is outrageous. They might be able to make suggestions, but pricing scale is out of their hands. The entire original rip-off report sounds of trashy, cheap disappointment to me. I wonder if Mark is the sort of man who eats an entire meal prior to sending it back to the kitchen in restaurants, in an attempt to get something for nothing. I wouldn't be surprised. Lastly, I want to stress that I don't, and have never, worked for a movie theater in any way, in San Luis Obispo or otherwise.
