On August 14, 2013 I saw an ad for a free toy from them, "along with money-saving coupons!".  I filled out the appropriate online forms to order the item, including the choice of toy, my dog's breed, name, etc., and my personal information. 

The very next day I received this acknowledgement email:

"Dear Ms. Guyer,

We welcome you to The Paws.

Thank you so much for becoming a member of ThePaws.com.   Your FREE toy is starting its journey to you (or actually, your very happy pet)! How exciting! We know that you are bursting with anticipation, and we promise to get your FREE toy to you in just 2-6 weeks (remember, we have a lot of requests to process). In the meantime,  why don't you scoot on over to ThePaws and check out your membership benefits?

Not only will you begin receiving our newsletter, which is full of great information and deals for your pets,

but you will also be able to take part in some wonderful additional services on ThePaws.com website. Perhaps the best part? You get to be rewarded for referring friends! Use the unique referral link on your membership page to refer your friends to ThePaws. When they place their first order, you get $5 store credit! How easy is that?

Three months later, I have STILL not received the toy for my dog. I have made numerous phone calls to the company but always receive a voicemail and my messages left are never answered. The same thing goes for when I write to their "customer service".

I know that you probably think it's a waste of your time to pursue a company for a free dog toy, but it makes me angry at the company and sad for my dog. It's just NOT right that they should not only not send the toy, but they totally IGNORE me!!!
