The Polished Pinkie when I tried to cancel servicer in June of 2012, I was told I had signed a 1 year contract, I asked for the copy that I alledgedly signed and have not received it. In December of 2012 this company t Princeton, West Virginia
In November of 2011, the area sales representative for Pivotal payment by the name of Leon Rasnake came to my establishment and discussed the credit card company and their benefits. I was in the market for a credit card machine and his deal sounded great. He came and hooked up the system and came back one time to check on my machine. In June of 2012, I decided the cost of the machine and the time line of their depositing my money into my checking account was not working so I tried to contact Mr. Rasnake and as of this day have still not heard from him. I contacted the offices for Pivotal Payments and was informed that I could not cancel my service as I had signed a 1 year contract.
I told them that I had never signed anything and asked for a copy of this. This is December 2012 and I still have not received anything. In June for me to not process cards, I was told I would have to pay $14.00 a month until my alledged contract ran out. On December 4, 2012 this company took $113.00 out of my checking account and I have not idea why.
My bank states that I have to take care of this with Pivotal Payments, but you cannot get in touch with anyone at this company. If you do you are speaking to a person that does not speak fluet English which makes it very difficult to clear up a mess like this. I would never recommend this company to anyone because they are to the point of what I consider theives. If you run a legitimate business you should be able to get the assistance you need by your sales representative or the main company.
