I purchased 2 of these devices one for myself and the other for my husband. Although it is a bit uncomfortable neither of us snores anymore which is wonderful. I sleep like a baby, no longer wake up exhausted or with a sore throat.
I do need to contact the company because I need to modify the shape of my device other than that it's been great. I will be ordering one for our adult son who has the worse snore we've ever heard.
Our daughter is happy that we will be taking them on vacation with us so she'll be able to sleep without our snoring.

I had exactly the opposite experience with this company. I had been using a CPAP machine for years. I purchased the product and it worked. Two weeks after my purchase I tried to re-form it and ruined the product. I explained to the company and they replaced it for free. I think you deserve your money back. Perhaps you should start over and keep a positive outlook when speaking to them. I find that people are very receptive to positive experiences. Good Luck -Kenny

thought about contacting your post office? I get such a kick out of people who don't take the time to go to the post office and get a tracking number for their products. Especially, if it's something they would expect a refund for upon arrival. This is your own fault. The company shouldn't have to hold your hand when this is common sense. Cover your own @$$ and get tracking information. The burden of proof is on you and unless you can prove THEY GOT IT, you don't get your refund.
