I decided to attend  Learning Annex Expo  here in South Florida and went to several seminars over the two day period.out of all the seminars i decided that the "Monthly Mentor Program " was something that made sense .

After reading about there "100% Iron Clad Guarantee" which is what most of the seminar kept referring too, I decided to sign up thinking that I had nothing to loose .

For seventeen months I  recorded my goals and following the program .I was not achieving many of the goals seeing gigantic breakthroughs and succeeding with ease . I went to there Wonderful Wealth Weekend  three day training seminar and all they did is try to sell us more programs. After calling and asking for help  it was the same thing buy more programs (real estate) I started getting calls to sign up for real estate courses . I can just imagine how much better I would be doing  if I had started investing in real estate. The presentation for the coarse they were selling at the Wonderful Wealth Weekend was so bad I do not think one person bought into it.

At that point I was feeling a little weary about the program , but was going to give it 100% no matter what. After 17 months of trying  it did not work out for me and I was way worse off than when I started.

When I contacted the Aaron Group about the guarantee they wanted proof that I had followed the program and asked for all the documents. I had so much personal stuff on there that I kept it under lock and key at home . I was no way ready to share my most intimate and personal dreams  with there office . i mentioned to them and they told me that it was the only way they would consider the guarantee.

I asked there office to please send me a copy of the "100% Iron Clad Guarantee" so I could read where it said where it stated that I needed to supply them with all my personal information for everybody in there office to review. Well they did email me a copy and it did say  that I would be required to show them m Monthly Goals  to claim the "Iron Clad Guarantee".

The problem I had with there "Iron Clad Guarantee" and the original one I  found from when attending and purchasing there program was that they had added the line (You will be required to show us your Monthly Goals to claim your Iron Clad Guarantee). After looking at it real close was astonished to see that the font size was not even the same size and that it was obvious that this was added at a later time.

When I mentioned this to them they kept coming up with other reasons why they would not honer the guarantee . All I i can say to anybody reading this is you better read the fine print . If that is not deceptive I do not know what is. You should be ashamed changing your guarantee requirements after you sell someone your program.

The Monthly Mentors Guarantee Really delivers .It's better than risk free.

Yea Right!!

If we all got to change one line!

When you change the requrements of a guarantee after the purchase date of a product even by one line does matter Why!. Thats like saying  we are going to give you 120 day gaurantee and then change  one line  to say 10 day gaurantee a month later and not honor the original 120 days  . 100,000 mile is 100,000 and that is obvious . Just because you reallize  that  the car you  are manufacturing  is a lemon does not mean you get to change the warranty after someone  purchases a car from you to 5,000 mile . Even if it only changing one line, one  number, one anything . Imagine if we all got to chane  just one line.

We could not issue the refund because purchaser refused to prove he had done the work

This person purchased The Monthly Mentor program and had difficulties.  That's OK; we do our best to explain the program clearly but good people still have questions.  This buyer did not ask questions.  He just suffered in silence and did not ask for help.  We offer email coaching for free.  We offer an opportunity every single month for him to phone me personally to ask questions.  In all that time he did not ask. Then, at the end of 17 months, he asked for his refund under the Guarantee.  The Guarantee requires that he show that he actually did the work.  He refused to send us his proof of doing the work.  So, how can we confirm that he did the work?  Also, the claimed that we were dishonest in adding a line afterwards requiring him to show us he did the work.  He is right.  We did add that line afterwards.  Why?  Because someone else requested a refund and refused to send the proof.  So, we simply added that we need the evidence before we can issue the refund.  We thought it was obvious; but since it was not we added that line to be totally clear.

Maybe he did the work.  Maybe he qualified for the Guarantee refund.  But, he did not wish to prove it to us so we were unable to issue the refund.  It's no different from a merchant demanding proof of purchase before allowing a refund.  That's all we did.
