Complaint Review: The Results Group - Scottsdale Arizona

Well FOLKS. I guess I got LUCKY??? They were finally kind enough to REFUND $150.00 of the $299.00, they Scamed me out of. They said the other $149.00 was never Promised to me, after my Six Month Trial Period. Since they were so SWEET and let me out of the contract EARLY, and gave me back the first $150.00 early. They told me that They were even going to be So kind as to let me Keep the Site, and that with a little work I could still MAKE MONEY??? Well this may be True BUT? I can't even get into see any of My Stats. So WHY WOULD I want to keep plugging away, trying to sell something, from a site that I have NO IDEA is even making any money to begin with? For all I know I'm making MONEY, and their keeping it, And I'd never know the difference... I MAY have been STUPID ENOUGH to fall for the Garbage they fed me at first. "BUT" I'm not STUPID enough to take the RISK of them being so Honest enough that if I actually did make anything, that they WOULD be so KIND as to send me what was rightfully mine. They say if I don't make any money, they won't either. To this I say TOUGH... Let that GREAT Site they gave mr sit there and COLLECT Cyber Dust, for all I care. Who made money on this deal??? After all I paid $299.00, and only got back $150.00 of it. And they still have my other $149.00. So WHO made money off of this deal? It sure wasn't me. It seems to me they made $149.00, and I lost $149.00. Do the MATH. Anyone who can do 2+2 can tell it wasn't me who made money. But the one who made the Money was the NO RESULTS GROUP!!! While I agree with the Last Rebutal that was made to my Post. That What did I expect for $99.00??? I wouldn't mind it so much. Being an ALL NIGHT SUCKER, and losing on this, I could Chaulk it up to my OWN STUPIDITY and live and let live. If Only they Kept their Story Straight between Customers, Or Is IT "VICTIMS"??? You Decide which it is... But look through all of the Post Here, and you'll see that Each Story is different. Everyone was Only entitled to a Certain Refund, But none of them were the same in any of the cases, but different. I can start my Own website, My own Webpage, and control who I deal with, and keep tabs on what I make, and what I don't. And not have to Pay Some Dishonest Company, to tell me what I have to spend, and what not. Sure I know it'll take some WORK. I've never been afraid of a little bit of HADRWORK. But if I succeed It'll be because of My Own Work. And if I fail It'll be Because I messed Up. Not because of Some Company that Wants "ONLY" My Money. And does'nt "CARE" if I ever get anything Back. If I get anything Else done about my other $149.00. I'll let You know. But to sufice it to say, it's $149.00 I'll probably NEVER See Again. So Much for the "HONESTY" of My Fellow Man....

First, let me explain something to this victim. Depending on how you paid, you may still receive a refund by going through your bank. If you paid with a credit card, they can do a chargeback. Now, the internet scam. This is known as the web site counseling con. The idea is to clean you out by pretending to sell you an e-commerce web site. The truth is that only a small percentage of sites actually make money. I estimate the actual number of profitable sites is less than 1% of the total e-commerce sites. There is a reason for that. First, most people don't have a good source (China) of wholesale merchandise. In fact, most web cons will offer you merchandise that is priced far above wholesale, much closer to retail. So, that's problem number one. Find a source of things that will sell, at a price where you can actually make money. Problem number two is getting people to come to your site. That takes money. Today, you will have to pay to get people to look at your site. The days of free traffic are all gone. Next, you need to convert that looker into a buyer. That's not so easy. Froogle might have a lower price somewhere else. Or, maybe the buyer is afraid to use their credit card online. There are lots of reasons people don't buy online. Then, assuming you get a sale, is it legal. There are millions of people using stolen credit cards. Plus, those who will charge back legitimate sales. The scams will lower any profit you might actually make. And last, is your site profitable? By the time you actually pay all the costs, and make some sales, then do the shipping, what's left? You can easily do $5,000 a month in gross sales, with just $500 in profit. That works out to $125 a week. If you plan on selling something on the internet, it better be a unique craft that you produce yourself. Or, maybe a service. But, almost every service you can name is already out there. So, what's left? How can you make money on the internet? About the only sure way is to run a scam. That's why there are so many going on. If you have to actually produce or deliver something real, and you have to compete with millions of other sites which are all doing the same thing, it'll be almost impossible to actually make a decent profit. That's what all the con artists realize now. That's exactly why they're running the web site con, instead of running the web sites they brag about in their phony ads. I'll tell ya', if you can find a sure way to make a good living on the internet, you're doing better than 99% of the people out there.

Well FOLKS. I started what I feel is most likely a USELESS series of Emails, to be sent Everyday to The NO Results Group, requesting a refund of my Money "AS PROMISED" to me by them... Which I'm also planning at least weekly phone calls to them as well. I don't know if it'll do any good BUT I'm gonna try, Hey after all I've nothing to LOSE. They've already got my Money, I've got nothing but a Website out there collecting Cyber Dust somewhere. I certainly haven't got the threat of losing any money owed me by them, Because I have yet to recieve my First Check from them to begin with. HEY who knows if I use their 800 number enough MAYBE I can at least in someway get my money back. If I make them spend it on my 800 calls at least they won't have it to fatten their pockets... Just call it my way of getting my Pound of FLESH. I'll KEEP you Posted.

Any number of times Since my Posting, I've tried in earnest, to GET The No Results Group to refund me my money... lol Well "GUESS WHAT" just like all the other post I have gotten the Old SONG n DANCE routine. That you'll have to wait to the end of your SIX MONTHS before you can file a Refund Request... In my Post I had told you they had agreed to a 50% refund, then at the end of the six month period I would be able to get the rest refunded back to me. WELL I still am waiting for the First 50%, Plus 3,000 promised Vistors to my Site, yada, yada, yada..... My 6 months ending Date is 09/23/2005, According to what they told me the last time I was lied to. This also agrees with my records... But it wouldn't SURPRISE me a bit, if they try to move it back some... Anyone Reading this has ever heard the OLD SAYING: "A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED" I was that fool, don't Join the Club and if anyone from the No Results Group gets in contact with you. HANG UP-Don't Listen to them, Or you may be the next one Posting here beside me... I'll Keep you posted... Wish me LUCK, I'm gonna NEED IT!!!
