"the Society" received unsolicited "membership invitation certificate" to join secret society dallas Texas
I received a long wrody letter from something called "The Society". It informed me that I was "chosen" to join this society of wealthy people due to my qualities.
I was to mail or fax their form back to them in Dallas, Texas before the week is up. Then they would send me absolutely free, the secrets of the wealthy to get rich, get love, etc.
I figured its free, so I might send it off. However, I got a wild hair, and decided to check it out. I found out that other people had received similar letters, sent them in, and then the "Society" would ask them for money to get more free information. Nothing was ever really received by anyone, except more promises.
The whole thing is simply a more imaginative scam to fool the desperate and foolish. People need to be aware of such scams as this, along with all the other ones, like some lady in India is dying and chose you to receive a billion dollars. Its all the same.
