I'm glad to see someone from Sunset is trying to work with you. I hope you were able to work something out with them. Maybe this is some type of miscommunication. I don't see why they wouldn't cancel your contract if you did it within the 5 business days. I've called them before and they give me many breaks.

I really do not understand , why you posting the above message, We still are in the best disposition to solve this situation UP TO DATE after One Year and 2 months, still asking for the copy of your original cancellation letter and the prove on delivery of it. I have not received !! I mention my name is Rosalie Silva at the Legal Department and the last time I contacted you gave my telephone number and extention. I do not understand Why you asking a refund of a money we never charge , you only paid the closing cost .

This is an unbelievable nightmare. Not only have they received full payment through a credit card, but they have now cancelled the contract so we do not even the opportunity to use the timeshare. This is a completely unethical company - do not do business with them.

**I have been requested to this members to sent me the prove on delivery of the original cancellation letter since November 29, 2007 . I have not received yet . Today I have contacted them again, they promised to send it , tomorrow !. I hope that just we received the information, we can give a final response towards this matter . **
