Placed order for 2 pairs of shoes on May 25, 2013 with The Swanx and finally received order on Oct 30, 2013 which is 5 months delivery instead of 8-10 week delivery promised by The Swanx. Shoes do not fit and I have not been able to contact anyone at The Swanx as their phone is automatically answered and no live person to talk to and the mailbox is full so I can not leave a voice message. They have my money and I have shoes that I can not wear. Being unavailable to their customers seems to be how they operate.
