I do work on all of my cars and have over 25 years experience. I bought tires at Tires Choice. My car needs road force balancing. Tires Choice has the appropriate machine but nobody has enough education on how to use it. They told me I had bent rims at one location. Took it to another one of their locations and they said the rims are fine that I have bad tires. I ended up swapping out the tires after arguing with them. Yep had to pay more money. I made the mistake of buying a lifetime alignment and life time balance. I go to get an alignment with rotation and balance. They again did not do the road force balance which creates vibrations in my car. So again they tell me it's my rims. Go to another location and they tell me it's my tires. It comes down to road force balancing is more labor intensive than static balancing. They are either too lazy or uneducated on using the Hunter Gsp9700 machine. While going thru all this they broke 6 center caps on my factory rims trying to balance them. They over torqued the lug nuts and I ended up having to buy new ones. Then they lost the wheel key. Stay away from Tires Choice!!!!
