You will notice that the report of a settlement/resolution does not come from the complainant but, rather, from an independent consumer -- probably a representative of the Vacation Station. This is total obfuscation.

The original report could not have been written by an ex-employee as the Vacation Station CEO Randy Gardner claims. Further, a review of the BBB complaints against the Vacation Station shows that the company has failed to resolve ANY of the 40-some complaints. BBB reports no outstanding cases simply because Vacation Station refuses to attempt to resolve them. They are good at what they do -- scamming.

I joined the Vacation Station in September of 07 and I have been extremely pleased with my travels... My husband and I just got back from Jamaica in December and we are planning an Alaskan cruise this summer for our 25th wedding anniversary. I've saved about 40% on everything I've booked with this company, and I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates high end travel that is heavily discounted. Everytime I call for quotes, they always get back with me promptly and I have requested a lot this year since we just retired! I googled "The Vacation Station" today because I lost my membership kit (we moved). To my surprise, I found that Rip Off Report has such a pull on the listings, that this came up on the first page. How sad! There is no way a company like this web site can keep track with disgruntled employees. Who protects smaller businesses? Nowadays, everything is on the internet, and all this negativity has such an impact. I hate to think people might not do business with the Vacation Station because of such an article. I know Samm Cardin and she was fired because of her negative attitude. Call the Vacation Station and they will be more than happy to confirm the truth. Building a good, solid reputation is hard in today's world. Look up Disney and their BBB report. Everyone loves the crazy mouse, but they have more complaints than you can count! I hate to say this, but no matter how hard people try, there will always be more people that stay miserable and unhappy. I want to end this by saying if you want a great vacation, call the folks down at the Vacation Station. They can put together any trip you want and save you lots of money! If they couldn't do what they say they could, wouldn't there be reports on this website from REAL consumers? They can't control ex employees, and neither can this website. Support small businesses. Our economy needs you!

the vacation station is a gret company with an outstanding record with the members as well as service. Memers are treated great and Randy Gardner has been nothing but honest with all associates. People are going on vacation. Samm Cardin is the person who filed this ripoff report out of meanness because she was let go from our company.

This is a disgruntled associate that used to work for us. Anytime any of our members have any problem with our membership they can contact my office at 877-642-8747 ext. 5. We don"t have any outstanding complaints with the BBB. This complaint is a gross misrepresentation of of our company. When doing a google search for The Vacation Station this report is the first thing that appears. This report should be removed immediatley to avoid any legal action.
