I ordered a holster purse ($61.95 usd) on June 12 and have consistently checked to see if the product was sent. I month after ordering, I emailed the company and they said they had a system update and were behind on shipping. They said it'd be sent soon. After another month had passed I emailed them again because the product was still marked not sent in their system.
They said they had a delayed delivery and my product was in that batch and would be sent soon. In early October, I emailed again to tell them that I just wanted my money back and I wasn't going to continue the hassle with getting the product anymore. They have yet to respond.
