I ordered rims from this company and canceled the order the same day then they shipped the wheels out a week later even after the cancellation. The wheels were shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address I sent these wheels right back to the company the same way they sent them to me via D H L they signed and accepted the delivery then the next day they had D H L pick the wheels back up and said they refused the wheels even after they had signed for them they tried to charge me a 25% restocking fee and a $240.00 delivery fee for an item that was cancelled 20 min after ordered.

I now have a $1150 bill on my Amex card that has been in dispute for 6 months and now no one knows where the wheels are not the company not D H L no one. I am not liable for the shipping or the restocking fee because I cancelled the order 20 min after it was placed and I also was never made aware of their policy since I ordered these wheels via telephone and not the internet. The company is an out and out scam co I have ordered 100s probably thousands of items and thank God have never had any problem like this before .I am now taking every action humanly possible to let the public no about this co. I am also pursuing this case in Court.

This customer has sent 2 chargebacks into american express and they have denied his claim both times for very good reason. The ironic thing is that American Express is known for siding with the consumer..hhmm...Anyways the real story is that he never cancelled his order until after he received them(why else would he sign for them) and then claimed to dhl that one of their drivers had forged his name. He wouldnt sign a return atuthorization form to sent them back and sent them back with a freight collect or more commonly referred to as a thrid party billing. Of course our warehouse refused them without a return authorization number and freight due so they went back to him as he was now the shiper. He then refused them. Our DHL rep, Gene Daniels, contacted me and he also contacted Mr. DeLeonardo and told him that if he didnt receive his packages back that they would send them to their overstock warehouse and they would be destroyed. DeLeonardo called him all kinds of nasty names when the dhl rep was only trying to help him. So then Mr. Deleonardo called our company as an imposter claiming to be Jim Owens (which we confirmed through american express didnt exist) and told our company that unless we went to DHL and picked them up and paid the 3rd party frieght due on them that he owuld shut off our merchant account. We did over 1.3 million in American Express this year alone. Oddly enough, he wass very combative and cussed when he was trying to portray an American Express rep. These are just some of the reasons that DHL, American Express, and The Wheel Connection couldnt deal with this customer. He is completely insane and lies very frequently. He didnt insure the wheels when he sent them back either so know he is really in bad shape

We did over 1.3 million in American Express this year alone. Oddly enough, he was very combative and cussed when he was trying to portray an American Express rep. Mr. DeLeonardo has to file a lost package claim with DHL we cannot do this since he is the sender.
