Thedigitalnerds.com fraudulent billing outright lie about refurished product nonexistent customer service overbilling Brooklyn New York
I like everyone else found this company on the internet and thought myself very fortunate to be receiving the deal I got on my sony dcs h7 camera.
When the product arrived with the extra battery I was conned in to buying as well as a 5yr warranty (registered warranty over phone,sound legit but who know's these days) I found the invoice included lacked any of prices for the products purchased. Instead it was totaled out as a package deal and about 40.00 dollars over what I had authorized them to charge.
Now I have trying repeatedly to reach this company by phone and after holding for what seems like an eternity as soon I GET A REAL PERSON AND as soon as I start talking they disconnect( HANG RIGHT UP ON ME!!!)
THIS COMPANY needs to be put out of business. All I want is to send everything back,get a refund and start fresh with a LEGITIMATE business.I won't be buying anything from the internet anytime soon.
