""I got my $159 dollars back,go to there website and go to the contact us user form, and fill it out everyday. Get your money back."" I'm glad you got your money back, but others need to dispute the charges. Their website is NOT WORKING. EVERY LINK in the HELP section gives you the "where not taking orders" page. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH THERE WEBSITE! Anyone who wants their money back should call their credit card company and dispute the charges.

The DVDPlanet says they have refunded my money, and it will take 4 to 7 days. I'll let you know if I ever get it?? They also said to come back in 2 to 3 weeks and order again.I Don't think so.My credit card company has a report, so not sure what will happen next.

The RCMP did announce on their website that they had busted and made several arrests of an ILLEGAL DVD operation. My guess is that these scoundrels were the suppliers for thedvdplanet.org (which is also dvdcollections.tv and dvdway.net.) You should dispute the charges with your credit card company ASAP to get your money back. Good luck.
