themoviedownloads.com - The Movie Downloads, They just don't want to refund. Even though they have a refund policy! Internet

I recently purchased membership at www.themoviedownloads.com/
Firstly, I received a bill without even agreeing to or proceeding to buy. And secondly they provide a 100% guaranteed refund policy, as long as the request is within 60 days. I have not yet tried their software, nor do I really want too. The payment was accidental, so I requested a refund. Instead, to be very tricky and sly, they replied to my email with a guide, a guide on using their software.
Its a deceiving way to tip toe around refunding the purchase. I have replied and sent them another email, but I expect the same reply. As a warning, I would like to warn everyone, who will think about or accidentally buy membership to note, that their refund policy seems to me to be fraudulent. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

You had better make sure that you aren't going to be downloading any MALWARE or VIRUS PROGRAMS or anything else that will harm your computer and try to steal your identity and financial information. If you paid by credit card I would protest the charge. If you paid with paypal, I would complain to them. And, of course, you will NEVER do business with them again. IF SOMETHING LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT ALMOST ALWAYS ISN'T AND SOMEBODY IS GOING TO GET RIPPED OFF! THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE OF THE INTERNET!
