Thomas Terriers Thomas Terriers Joy Thomas Joy Thomas runs a PUPPY MILL. I purchased a puppy from her (Welsh) that has had problems starting at only 3 months old. I tried talking with her for a resolution and she said send the puppy back. I will NOT. I have asked her several times for the Registration papers for the puppy I bought and she refuses to send them to me. Ulman Missouri
Joy Thomas runs a PUPPY MILL in Missouri. When you ask her about this, she denies it. The place is a disgusting mess and many others have also gotten sick or behavior issue puppies from her. She constantly has puppies available. Her first litter was ready in October and then one in February. She promises all the health paperwork and Registration. I got a bunch of papers on how to train a puppy.
I have contacted via telephone, text and email requesting my money back or partial refund for the cost it will take me to make this puppy suitable to live with our family. The puppy is very aggressive and will have to have special training.
I have reported her to BBB and to many other agencies. I will continue to do so until I get what I paid for. A healthy, happy puppy with the proper Registration.
She is a liar and a rip off. She assumes because I am in another state that I will drop this. I will not. I will take a flight to Missouri if I have to.
DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THOMS TERRIER PUPPY MILLS!

I have purchased several terriers in the past from this establishment and I'd have to say I am more than happy with the consumer care the employees and owner has given me. When I read this kind of report I can't help myself but to wonder why anyone would have anything against these people. They don't do anything to the dogs that they give out but the things that are neccessary to have when you recieve a new dog such as: shots, neuterings and spades, and the love and care that all new pets need. The people who work for and/or own this business aren't trying to get at you or screw you over; these are nice people and I'm a glad consumer and will be loyal to this company for as long as I stand.
