Thompson Center I bought brand new gun, was not working. Springfield Massachusetts
WI sent them my bone collector new muzzleloader as it was not firing. My complaint is that they have the gall to say it will take 6 weeks to repair.
I bought a Matthews bow ten years ago. After 6-7 years a limb broke. With their lifetime guarantee I sent in bow and I had it back in three days.
Which company would you pick to do business with?
Very sloppy company and they are making excuses of being backed up on vacation etc.
Would not buy from them again.
