Tim Flotre - Thompson Falls Construction And Cabnetry ripoff scam artist Thompson falls, Montana
Contracted with this Mr. Flotre in 2001 to build me 1800 sq. I contracted with Mr. Flotre, who came highly recommeded by banks, other homeowners, and subcontractors,in May of 2001 to build me an 1800 sq foot log home in Thompsonfalls, Montana. He remained on site 9 months beyond his contracted completion date with the promise he was going to finish my house. In September of 2001, I terminated him. He left me a house incomplete and unhabital with a good majority of the work inferior craftsmanship. Mr Flote was paid more than the contracted price. Febuaray 2002, I filed a three count civil complaint in Sanders County District Court aginst Mr. Flotre and his fraudulent corporation.
To this day, I am without resolution. Mr. Flotre has since packed up his lies and deceptive practices moved from the area, only to seek out other victims without being accoutable for his actions. He left me and two other homeowners to clean up his one door short projects: Sub-contractor were left unpaid and threating leans on myself and one other homeowner. Flooding basements, and sustantial financial loss to name a few of this mans trail of distruction.
