Horse arrived without registration papers. Multiple phone calls, texts, email, PMs with no response. Pitkin Louisiana
Horse advertised and priced as registered. Have video with seller's girlfriend stating the registration papers accompany the horse. Paid seller to ship horse. All payments made thru paypal. Horse arrived without registration papers. I called seller multiple times, left vms, sent pms, sent emails and texts. All with zero response. Found on sellers facebook based website where it states the shipper is responsible for paperwork. I paid the seller for the shipping. Horse is worth substantially less without registration papers.
