Three Humans And A Dog Ordered a jersey for my dog but recieved the wrong order. Been trying to contact them through email but they dont respond even though they are being active on their instagram page. Charlotte Internet

Ordered a jersey for my dog but recieved the wrong order. I emailed them about 4 or 5 days ago and have not got a response yet which is unforunate because that jersey is for the nba playoffs which is going on right now. I have checked their instagram page which they have been active on and have they posted daily which makes me maf because they probably saw the email. They also have it list on their website that it will take up to 2 business days to reply to a customer by email which it has been longer for me.
