This issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. I contacted my credit card company back in August and filed a claim to have the charges reversed. I received a letter from the credit card company dated October 20, 2008 stating that the conditional credit of $7300 had been made permanent. Diverse Marketing never contacted me to address my concerns and certainly did nothing to make my refund easy or convenient.
I noticed a rebuttal from Thrive Learning that I could not be found in their customer database. I assume that is probably true considering I cancelled the service back in July. My issue was with Diverse Marketing, the affiliate company that took my money and refused to honor their own refund policy.

Whoever Thomas is; He is not a client of Thrive Learning. I have checked our database front to back and cannot find any Thomas living in or around Omaha Nebraska. If he was a client of Thrive Learning it would have been taken care of. Again, we have never had a client named Thomas in or around Omaha Nebraska.
