Throwbackcity.com Ripoff $324 not refunded for an item not availableon Canyon Country California
In may ( 9 months ago...) i ordered two watches from Throwbackcity.com for an amount of $324...
The funds were taken from my account as i expected, only to recieve an e-mail from Throwbackcity.com telling me that the items i had ordered were not available. The e-mail went on to tell me that i could select another item to the same value. As i wasn't interested in any of the products i asked for a refund.
After a lengthy wait i recieved another e-mail asking me to put my bank account details on an e-mail to them...
Now after all this, the last thing i want to do is have my account details on the internet. After explaining this in a return e-mail to them i have had no reply!!!
So 9 MONTHS on i am still $324 out of pocket and have nothing to show for it.
All i want is a secure way to get my money back.
I have seen other complaints on this company and feel that they are just internet Rip-off merchants.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.
