Thryvefitnesssolutions The steal money from hard working people in the name of Physical trainging Boston Nationwide
OK here is how this virtual fitness company steal money from hard working people. I Joined Gym Rock & Fitness at Boston location and the one of the guy from this personal trainging company convinced me that I will get the best personal training in Boston and I signed up for a 10 sessions every month. After I signed up they scheduled first 3 sessions and my trainer was good and I'm happy. But after first week my trainer was not available for me too book sessions beacuse he is busy with other clients. I asked for a new trainer and the manger assuerd me that he will make sure I'll get scheduled. But come next week same thing , the trainer is taking only 1 or sessions a week and after couple of weeks he left and I got a new trainer same story agian , I get only 1 or 2 sessions a week.
But they were charging my account 10 seesions every month and I asked them why was I getting charged with out getting scheduled. The manager told me it is ok your sessions will be credited to your account and you can use your sessions any time you wanted. I thought it was ok, but after couple of months they closed down the gym at the location and I tried to get the refund , Obviously the manger of Personal training was long gone and they asked me to send an email to the customer care service. When I finally get in contact with customer service they siad they can not refund the unused sessions and offered me the sessions at a different location for which the transportation will cost me more than the session fee. Literally they stole 1750$ from me. Never ever sign up for Personal training with this company.
