Rick Thomas, TI Funding, will send you an immediate invitation for conference call. Right away he makes you feel like he can deliver anything. The whole time, he knows he'll just be sending your deal to another broker in Manhattan.
TI Funding requires an upfront $4,000 to be wired as a Retainer Fee. It's a ripoff!! They don't deliver anything. You wire the money and then send in some documents. Within 1 day of sending all documents, you get this 'package' from another company. I got another 'package' from Lauton Funding in New York, NY. It looks like a cheap, Microsoft Word template used for their contract. They just substitute some names and dollar amount.
Initially, TI Funding 'package' says they'll deliver within 30-60 days. So, you're fine with sending $4,000. But, they just send you to another broker who then sends you another 'package' ALONG WITH ANOTHER INVOICE FOR $7,850!!! The initial guy then keeps the $4,000 because apparently he delivered on his promise. BUT HE DIDN'T DELIVER ANYTHING!! HE JUST SENDS YOU TO ANOTHER BROKER WHO ALSO THEN PROMISES TO BRING SOMEBODY TO YOU WITHIN 30-60 DAYS!!
I obviously didn't send another $7,850 to the second guy, but if I did, he would likely just send me to someone else, which then somehow entitles second guy to keep the $7,850. It's sickening. They probably put in about 15 minutes worth of work and rob you of everything.
IF YOU DON'T SEE THIS REPORT IN TIME, AND YOU ARE SCAMMED, PLEASE REPORT A COMPLAINT AT www.IC3.gov. I spoke to the FBI and it's a White Collar crime. This guy and his crew need to be stopped immediately.
