Tickets2seat - I-net Global Media ripoff Sold and Charged tix, never sent, never contacted, was lied to about arrival date, TWO MONTHS OF LIES Miami Florida
I ordered tickets for Nov7 through the website on Sept2, I waited the two to three days for shipping (they charged me for two-day delivery).
Tickets never arrived, I called the customer service line and was told that due to the hurricanes (they were located in Florida) they were behind and I would receive them by the next week.
After the next week, tickets never came. So I called again. I got another excuse about being behind, and the same explanation that the tickets would arrive by the next week.
This went on for SIX WEEKS! Every week I didn't receive tickets I called and heard someother baloney excuse.
Now it is Nov3, and for the last THREE DAYS no one has answered the customer service line. I have left many messages on the voicemail, and have NEVER RECIEVED A RETURN CALL.
I have no other avenue left but to simply dispute the charge on my credit card, and CANCEL MY ENTIRE FOOTBALL WEEKEND IN SAN FRANCISCO that I have been planning SINCE LAST YEAR!
DON'T EVER BUY TICKETS FROM THESE GUYS!!!
