I bought a vaio notebook from tigerdirect last September. It was qualified for 2 $100 mail in rebate. I got 100 from tigerdirect within two months. But the other never came to me.

It is offered by Continental Promotion Group Inc. I followed the instructions and checked the status of the rebate on rebatestatus.com. It showed that it was in process. But I waited for another month and still can't get the check. I tried to check the status again and can't find any info about the rebate on rebatestatus.com. Then I called rebatestatus and was told it was delayed and I could receive the check in 2 weeks.

After another month, I was still expecting the check. I called the phone no. on the rebate form, the automatic answer machine told me that there was no info about the rebate. So I called rebatestatus, but the I was told that the promotion was expired, they no longer handle that. I told them that I submitted all the material in time, they should be responsible for that, but that guy was a kind of very rude, and refused to give me any explanation. I felt cheated.

Is there anybody who got similar problem, please give me some advice. Thank you very much!
