We were told by the owner of this site to respond to this.

We were also asked by our clients to respond to this.

If it wasn't for those requests above we would not stoop to these people's level.

First and foremost the person that filed this report William Om has been suspended from eBay for A) not paying for $840 worth of silver he bought from us. 

We attempted nicely to contact him via ebay messages to ask him "when to expect payment" and only after about 2 1/2 weeks.   When we didn't hear back from him 36 hours after we sent him the nice eBay message as to when to expect payment we closed out the non paying bidder alert where he got two strikes for non payment.

What happened after that got HIS account NaRu'd from eBay.

B) Then bought four more items simply to leave us negative feedback the total was almost another $2k worth of product.

C) Then he followed it up with 37 eBay messages and sent us twice as many spam emails.

We asked him nicely to stop he DID NOT, when he continued eBay took action and suspended his account along with FIVE other people that were linked doing the same thing.

Between him and Laura Hon  (possibly related) they've gone on eBay and here trying to discredit a business that's been in business for almost 34 years without a single issue.

eBay has already removed most if not all of their negative feedbacks William is been suspended from eBay for his activities & if they deem it fit Laura Hon will also be suspended from eBay.

Both did the same exact thing both came on here and did the same exact thing (including the title)

They've gone to the BBB & filed a bogus report there.

It's getting so bad with these two bogus people that we're going to have no choice but to file in a court of law in Texas.  

These bogus reports along with the bogus feedbacks on eBay are a "tort to an adventitous business" according to our legal counsel.

The owner of this site along with others have stated that 98% of all reports here are bogus.

People that know us, know this is bogus and will continue to buy from us as they have for almost 34 years.

It is shameful that this person would type this garbage here alerting our clients to this report.

 At best clients think at best is laughable.

That said...  Anyone that feels that they should do the same to us on eBay, be warned if you attempt to do this on eBay you will lose your account, if you register a new account and continue with this on eBay they (eBay) will seek legal remidy.

There's a reason you got suspended from eBay William now deal with it.

If anyone has questions feel free to email us or call us during normal business hours and not at 3am as some of these sorry idiots have done.
