After speaking with Isaac Tillman, (CEO of Tillman Advertising) I was tricked in trusting that he could provide guaranteed sign ups on a pre-exisitng website I own, where Tillman Advertising was suppose to market and guarantee that 100 individuals would self engage detailed information on my website capture page becoming members from a free opportunity that I was offering to consumers. After Mr. Tillman's company provided 20 plus leads generated on my back office I began to call each one of the individuals his company proclaimed to be responsible for generating to my web page to follow up with new membership content. Not one of these people new anything about my web page and swore up and down that they were never on my site entering the information. I tried to rationalize my frustration with the company offering them the opportunity to fix the situation at hand. To this point no phone calls have been returned, only 1 email. Also when I last called an individual hung up the phone on me when I told him who I was. Mr. Tillman claims that his company does massive promoting for lots of different companies, but when I asked for disclosures or a referral or two I could talk to he balked. My total loss of investment its only $250 because I refused to invest more do to the concerns I'm experiencing now. Again there is a black and white difference between not getting your money's worth (poor leads) and being ripped off. Feel free in dealing with this company if you choose at your own risk. Be aware.

Guaranteed Sign-Ups Guarantee...
1. All leads will be valid US residents.
2. All leads will be English speaking / reading.
3. All leads will have a valid email address.
4. All leads will have a valid phone number (if applicable).
Leads will be replaced under the following conditions.
Any lead that has provided you with an invalid email address will be replaced. Notification of invalid email addresses must be received within 5 days of the leads posting date.
Any lead that has provided you with an invalid phone number (disconnected / non-existent) will be replaced. Notification of invalid phone numbers must be received within 5 days of the leads posting date.
Leads will be replaced in one of the following manners. Your current account will be credited by either removing the bad leads and keeping the same number of sign-ups purchased or the bad leads will remain and the credits will be added to reflect a higher than purchased amount.
We do not accept programs that require a user to give financial data. Since our servers collect all information in order to provide proof of signup, we can not and will not hold sensitive personal information. We accept websites that offer a free service or free information only. Visitors can not be prompted to make payment of any type before completing the entire
free process. We explained these details in the beginning. Tell the truth, don't lie about our company!
When we contacted the leads you said were bad, most of them had the same opinion about your company. We were told by at least 20 different people, you called from a cell phone w/ bad reception, demanding payment for their

Youre qualified for a refund only if we do not deliver within 10-30 days! Youre responsible for converting your leads. Were
responsible for making sure all contact information is accurate and correct.

Its not wise to call people claiming to be some type of professional establishment, using a cell phone with bad reception. This individual (lead) could barely comprehend what you were talking about. You cant blame these people or me for
