I hired Tim Kenney Marketing to promote my wedding dj business. After receiving my deposit of $5k, Tim presented me with 'logo' designs that were no more than my name typed out in a handful of outdated fonts (such as 'earth' font). I gave them a chance to fix it but received more garbage and decided to cancel the contract due to a lack of trust. After complaining about the shoddy work, Tim and Lyanna told me i was a 'pain in the a**' customer and refused to refund the deposit. They used their confounded contract language and pure BS to fight the CC company, and have used ad hominem attacks against me besides. having seen other complaints about Tim Kenney Marketing, they read in a similar way... TK does shoddy work, and when the customer complains it's the customer's fault for not understanding Tim's 'values and visions' - pure hypocrisy from a scam artist.
